The outstanding Youth Pride Award is given to any Oblong area youth or youth organization whose members exhibit good sportsmanship, dedication to goals, community mindedness, and or leadership abilities.
The Oblong Chamber of Commerce is pleased to accept nominations for the 2008 Outstanding Youth Pride Award. Please complete this form & return it with a brief summation of why you feel that the individual or group you are nominating should be recognized. Nomination forms need to be returned to the Chamber office no later than Mon. April 28 th. The recipient (s) will be recognized at the OHS Awards Banquet on May 8 th.
